You...I'm no longer subscribed to WoW to check. You certainly used to be able to get there from either direction. Unless something has changed in recent patches this should still work and your disconnection was unrelated. From the Hinterlands side you possibly went past the isolated Dwarf farm that had a couple of npc spawns and a dwarf farm house with the "Dwarf Nude" painting on the wall.

This particular exploration didn't require any glitches or special techniques to get there and for the most part your character is "within" the normal bounds of the zones. There are similar small caves and islands etc to be found if you explored along the coasts from zones like Tanaris or Westfold. There was also some stuff to find around the base of Teldrassil mostly to the far north east I think. I have completely circumnavigated each of the continents and every sub zone in TBC and Wrath looking for such areas. A frost Deathknight made some of this easier and may not be possible in Classic's version of vanilla.

Some early versions of Orgrimar allow a glitched jump off a particular tree branch that lets you fall off the map and end up underneath the ground. You can look up and see most of the surface objects but are moving around various untextured sub-floor areas.Cryptographyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00396055699591027683noreply@blogger.com
